We are easy-going, clean, tidy, and respectful of personal space and privacy. RENT, BILLS & DEPOSIT: * DEPOSIT: NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED! * Total House Rent:   - Until Nov 18: 33,000 TL total   - From Nov 18 onward: 44,000 TL total (annual renewal) * Cost Sharing:   Total rent and utility bills (electricity, water, gas, high-speed Wi-Fi) are split 100% equally among all flatmates.      ??
