My name is Rahmi . So far I have been 4 continents and lived 3 different countires, and eventually , among all of them I choosed the best place to live I've ever seen Istanbul!

I am an executive for a fashion company- I love fashion. But loving someone is not easy so , I had to work hard.

Therefor, 5 years ago not to waste time in traffic, I moved from my beautiful family house which has a big garden and came to the heart of the Istanbul, and made this beautifull apartement.

My house is at the most peacfull and busy street of Istanbul (Hasat Sokak/Şişli) -I dont exagerrate. You can get anything you need in my street, from Music Equipment Store to Veterinary and Tailor to different types of restaurants so on and so on. There are 3 liquor stores (one of them is benath ny building) and 2 discount chain markets , next to my building

.Although it is a busy place, the apartement is very quite because it is located to the back garden.

You dont have climb over the hills to get anywhere or I dont know, get in trouble with unpleasant things..It is is a nice neigbourhood.

About transportation , I bet you have never seen some where like this , even close. So far my record to take a cab was 2 seconds!

Walking distance to Public Transports:

Metro Station : 6 min.

Bus Station : 1 min.

Taxi Station : 30 seconds.

Metrobus : 10 min

Abaout The Apartemen:

The room has a balcony (not small, not very big). A double bad.Commode

Living room: I have a projector and movie thater(but recently ı took the projector away, I use it in the other house)

.Also PS3(been long time not to use though)

Kithcen: Oven, microwave, pots and pans,kettle and all pots and pans.

Iron, vacum cleaner, washin machine, nad so on...

You can just move only with your lugagge.

Finally, Conditions:

I am looking for man or woman, can be Erasmus (I was an Erasmus as well) .In this locations apartments start from 2.000TL to 4.000. I ask only 1.350TL all included.

Ps. Smooking is allowed in the balcony.
